About North Hills Neighborhood 

 Established in 1927,

North Hills is a residential neighborhood located in north Knoxville, Tennessee. It is situated about two miles northeast of downtown Knoxville. 

  There is an entrance to North Hills located at the intersection of Washington Pike and North Hills Boulevard and another at the intersection of Cecil Avenue and North Park Boulevard.

   The North Hills Park is located at 2451 Kennington Road, Knoxville, TN 37917.
